Lead our kitchen team in crafting authentic, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas that define the Pizzana experience. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage ingredient sourcing, mentor junior chefs, and continuously innovate our menu to delight our loyal customer base.
Oversee the daily operations of our Brentwood location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service flow. You will manage front-of-house staff, handle scheduling, coordinate with the kitchen team, maintain quality standards, and drive revenue performance goals.
